STEP 1 - FREE INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We acknowledge that there are many more visa aspirants than the annual places available under the New Zealand migration and Australian migration programmes, many of whom may not meet the mandatory visa requirements and thus not qualify. As a first step therefore, we provide free initial assessment service to determine if you have the potential to qualify for visa. Initial assessment is based on the information you provide in the Visa Enquiry Form and includes:

1. your likely points score;
2. visa application fees;
3. our professional charges and terms of payment;
4. estimated processing time

STEP 2 - DETAILED PAID ASSESSMENT

Immigration policies are complex and applicants have to meet detailed policy requirements. If initial assessment indicates your potential to qualify, you may then request detailed assessment to find out if you meet complex policy requirements to qualify for visa. We will send you 'Questionnaire' to elicit further information and may even request some documents where necessary to determine if you meet policy requirements. Detailed assessment will:

1. advise your points score;
2. identify the most suitable visa option;
3. identify weaknesses if any in your application;
4. check if your skilled employment, qualifications, work experience meet policy requirements to qualify for points;
5. advise if you and your family meet English language, health and character requirements;
6. follow up with a 15 minute whats app or skype call to go through the assessment report and address your concerns, if any.

Detailed assessment cost NZD 350 for one individual or NZD 500 for a couple (if separate assessment is required for spouse/partner), payable online through secured payment gateway system by credit card. Detailed assessment amount is adjusted against our charges for comprehensive immigration and case management service upon engagement of our service.

STEP 3 - ENGAGE OUR SERVICE

To proceed, you than engage our comprehensive immigration and case management service. Upon engagement, we will enter into a written Agreement and commence the following service thereafter:

1. provide list of documents required;
2. apply for and arrange skills assessment for your nominated occupation (for Australia);
3. apply for and arrange qualifications assessment, if required (for New Zealand);
4. apply for and arrange occupational registration, if required (for New Zealand);
5. apply for and arrange state nomination, if required (for Australia);
6. prepare and submit Expression of Interest (EOI);
7. prepare and lodge your visa application upon receiving Invitation To Apply (ITA);
8. make submissions in support of your visa and related applications;
9. liaise with your case officer and respond to queries raised if any;
10. represent you throughout the service period until receipt of visa decision;
11. advise you of policy changes if any that may impact your visa application.
