             Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible you must meet the following basic requirements

  • score 65 or more marks
  • be aged 49 years or under
  • meet Health, Character, English language and Australian Value Statement requirements
  • nominate an occupation on the Skill Shortage List (SOL) & obtain positive skills assessment for same
  • meet Australian studies requirement or have skilled employment for 12 months within last 24 months 

employer sponsored

Australia encourages 'employer sponsored' migration and has introduced priority processing of visa applications to manage its migration programme to achieve desired outcomes. The following visas are available under Employer Sponsored migration

  1. Temporary Business (Long Stay)
  2. Employer Nomination Scheme     
  3. Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.
  4. Labour Agreements .   

New Zealand Citizens

New Zealand Citizens and eligible residents do not need visa to travel to Australia and can live, work or study in Australia indefinitely. However you cannot access certain social security payments or obtain Australian citizenship or sponsor family members for permanent residence and if you wish to do so, you must obtain Australian Residence.
